Animal abuse report

On this form you can make an animal abuse report.

In urgent cases DO NOT USE THIS FORM, but contact directly SEYs animal welfare inspector or the municipal veterinarian, healt inspector or the police.

In the report describe clearly which animal the report concerns, what has happened and the exact address. If the report does not include an exact address, we can not respond to it.

You have to do the report using your real name, no nicknames. The contact information of the reporter will be kept confidential. We need your phone number, so that we can contact you for additional information if need be. Reports without a proper phone number will not be dealt with.

Often these abuse report are about dogs barking too much. In cases like these, the best way is to contact the owner of the dog and discuss the matter directly. If the disruption continues, the next person to contact is the superintendent of the building.
